1. Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Customers can keep the product and also have the right to apply for a full refund within 30 days(We will not take the product back if your refund is approved). Just contact us at liberrytoy@gamil.com to apply for the refund.

You can apply for a refund if the following conditions are met:

• Product quality problems
• Wrong product received
• Missing accessories

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by e-mail. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially announced. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is released. If you have completed all of these but have not received a refund, please contact us liberytoy@gmail.com
